#124: The Geezer's Tale Part 40

There is an Ice Cavern nearby. We'll cover it in a bit. It has an item the heroes will need for their quest they haven't really accepted but just sort of have to deal with nonetheless.
And, really, everything Darkmoon says is true. The original game starts with the heroes going up against Garland in the Temple of Fiends. You defeat Garland, but don't count him out. Garland is actually Chaos, and you have to go back to the Temple of Fiends to defeat him again.
I'm not spoiling anything. I'll put my own twist on these events, if we actually get to all of them.
