Leo is the leader. That's how it's been in pretty much every iteration of the TMNT. Leo leads, which Raph stands off to the side, bitching about how he should be leader without actually doing any leading.
Of the four turtles, Leo was my least favorite (a fact to my my wife scoffs quite loudly -- she seriously hearts Leo). I always found the due to be kinda boring -- a stoic guy trying to keep the team together with platitudes and orders. Give me Donnie or Raph over Leo any day.
When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...
These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
