Again, a key bit of info to convey: the clone doesn't have all of Katrina's memories at this point, since she doesn't know what Katrina is thinking past when the clone was first created. She has a cut-off point, a before and after, and once she was summoned, she immediately started diverging from Katrina, even if it was just in subtle ways.

So if Katrina changed her clothes for the first time ever (since the new comic style) would she look different than the clone, since it appears to have only copied her at a fixed point?
If so, then wearing the exact same outfit as the shadow clone is a conscious choice, and probably says something.
Of course, if the clone copies whatever outfit Katrina is wearing, then why wouldn't the memories update as well? Yay, questions.
