#2730: A Second Blow
It's good to remember that both Angel and Darkmoon took a lot of damage during the fight with Golem. Even after healing himself up, Darkmoon was still in the negatives for total damage. As such, it's no wonder why they are both incapacitated at this point.
It's also totally in character for them to forget to heal themselves further once the fight was over. Because they're kind of dumb.

Don't these guys have thousands of hitpoints at this point? Even a minor healing spell would get them back more than the damage of those. . . whatever's being shot at them. Probably better to just call them tranqs.
