#12: Enter the Hero
Dracula does end up cursing one of the Belmont heroes -- Simon. That's the plot of the second Castlevania game, Castlevania II: Simon's Quest. Simon's games take place (more or less) 100 years after Christopher's games, so I'm actually feeding all this into Castlevania continuity. Of course, it also give a definiative date for when the comic occurs, and I try to avoid that at all costs (preferring to just pick and choose my way through continuity). So, really, disregard most everything I just said.
When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...
These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
