Richter got really talkative in the remade comic. He has a whole lot more dialogue. I'm amused by him going on about the electric guitars, and then making the wailing guitar noise.
If you've seen the series Archer, I dunno why but Richter reminds me of the main character (Archer) here. Really, Richter is a lot like him all the time, not just in this strip.
