#247: Ultimate 8-bit Fighters

So I found a sprite of Bayou Billy. Looking at him, it dawned on my that he was around the same size as the first NES TMNT sprites.
From there, it seemed like a good fit to do an Ulimate Fighters. The only thing is that it's freaking Bayou Billy. He's the dumbest hero in one of the lamest games in NES history. Trying to say something nice about him in impossible.
For my money, this match is an easy win for Donnie.
