#783: Horrible Man

I realize I pretty much have been writing him this way since practically the beginning of the series. And yet, I really have to ask: when did Richter become the villain of this series. Like, it's been a steady evolution, but her really feels like the bad guy at this point, not the hero.
Was he ever the hero?

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
