Holidays #14: Depowered

Well, since Christmas was cancelled, Amelia at least is running low on juice. Gotta give it to Dracula, that's a pretty smart plan.
Of course, I don't have any clue how you'd depower Purple since he's fueled by every random holiday you can think of, some of them conflicting with each other, so even if Dracula was able to cancel out some holidays, others would just take their place powered by the absence of the first.
Really, Purple should have exploded from all the magic and belief by now.
