Considering that I haven't shied away from strong females in CVRPG, there's no reason I'd replace Santa with anyone other than Mrs. Claus. She's obviously got the power to take any challengers on, and she's strong enough emotionally to carry on in the job even with her husband dead.
Cause, let's face it, Red was awesome, but Mrs. Claus was obviously the brains behind the operation. Red was just the face.
