Protomegalopolis #1000: Amazing Title
Mega Man comics, in a way, are even worse than Final Fantasy comics. Most of them are truly terrible, with little thought about how the comic relates to the characters of Mega Man and Co. (this coming, without irony, from the guy that made Samus into an anti-hero). Most Mega Man comics just use the sprites, recolored normally, pasted against MS Paint backgrounds, and have the characters go through a series of "Mary Sue" situations all before reaching some forced plot resolution (that is if there is a plot... or if you can even tell what's going on in the comic at all). Mega Man comics, in other words, are a plague upon the internet.
When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...
These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
