I don't know that any game has established if the Belmonts would be good hosts for Dracula. A number of people have served as his host, from young children to Maxim, friend of Juste. Richter was even brough under the sway of dark magics in Symphony, but he wasn't a host at that point. Still, it seems like a reasonable bet that the Belmont magic could be a good source for a Black Mass Ritual to pull off of.
