Holidays #1: The Dark Alec Cometh
This Comic's Cast:
Assuming you haven't read the Holiday comics (seriously, go read them), it's good to establish that Dracula came back over there (in a Halloween comic, just fyi), and then he possessed the anthropomorphic representation of Christmas: Santa Alec. Santa Alec, mind you, took over the job from Santa Claus after Death killed Santa. Plainly it was time for that jolly old fat man to go (probably because he was both old and fat).
Anyway, Dracula took over Santa Alec, finding him to be the perfect host for his resurrection. And then Dracu-Alec wagged war on the other representations of the holidays (Chanukah Alec, Solstice Alec, and Mrs. Claus) before finally being defeated. The holidays were saved, but sadly Santa Alec was killed.
And now, apparently, he's back. So... spoilers?
When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...
These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
