#1: Hosting
The Frankie and Mummy series started out as a filler series after a computer crash. As some of you may have seen, I keep an archive of sprites online, to help me (just for these situations) as much as to share them with anyone else that could use them. I don't, however, have a complete archive of everything I use for CVRPG online. So, when the computer does crash out, I have to scramble and come up with something using the sprites I have available.
That's why the first run of Frankie and Mummy comics (and many of the later filler strips) are much more stripped down affairs than the normal CVRPGs. They were there so I could whip up a comic quick without having to worry about layout or design or all that.
it should be noted that, as with many of the older comics, I've taken the liberty of refreshing the Frankie and Mummy series. Fear not, I've kept the generally striped-down aesthetic of the comics, simply converting them to the "refreshed" DSWC layout (and cleaning up some of the character sprites). Everything should be more-or-less as you remember it.

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
